    roma tomato

    romaine lettuce

    mixed greens
  • 2 oz
    house vinaigrette

    red onion

    (6-inch) flour tortillas

Not Included

Olive oil 

Salt & pepper 


Kitchen Items Needed

1 medium skillet

1 large skillet with lid 

Cutting board & knife

Large bowl 

Aluminum foil

Thinly slice tomato;

Separate lettuce leaves, thinly slicing;

Finely chop pickle;

Thinly slice onion.

1Prepare Beyond Meat

Heat a drizzle in a large skillet over medium-high. Add beyond meat, seasoning blend & half of the sliced onions; cook, breaking beyond meat up into large pieces, until cooked through, 3–5 minutes. Taste, season with salt, pepper if needed. Sprinkle shredded cheese blend over beyond meat, then cover, undisturbed, until cheese is melted.

2Warm Tortillas

Heat other skillet over medium high heat. Brush a bit of olive oil on each side of the tortillas (you can put a small amount of oil in your hand & rub both sides). Heat each side for 30 seconds-1 minute, until toasted on both sides. Wrap in foil to keep warm & set aside. 

3Prepare Salad

In a large bowl toss mixed greens & dressing. 

4To Serve

Fill tortillas with beyond meat mixture, then top with lettuce, tomatoes, left over onions & pickles. Drizzle with special sauce & serve with salad.
