Moroccan Turkey Burgers with Harissa Yogurt & Sweet Potato Crisps (DF available)

    Moroccan spice blend

    harissa yogurt

    provolone cheese slices
  • 2 oz
    pickled onion

INSTRUCTIONS

Prep

Preheat oven to 425°F;

Thinly slice sweet potato into 1/8-inch rounds, like chips – no need to peel;

Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

1Roast Sweet Potatoes

Toss the rounds on one half side of a baking sheet with a drizzle of oil, then season with fry blend. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking, until golden brown.

2Prepare Burger

In a medium bowl, mix turkey & Moroccan spice blend together. 

In a large skillet over high heat, add a drizzle of olive oil. Sear burger patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned. 

3Bake Burgers with Potatoes

Place burgers on an empty side of baking sheet. Roast until potatoes are tender, 8-10 minutes. Remove baking tray from the oven & immediately add cheese slices. 

4To Serve

Divide potato crisps. Place lettuce on the bottom bun then add burger. Top the burger with harissa yogurt & pickled onion. Enjoy!
