1 ozZesty burger blend
2 ozbulgogi sauce
2 ozgarlic mayo
2 ozsesame slaw dressing
2 ozmiso butter
2 ozgreen onion
2 ozsesame seeds

Rimmed baking sheet
Cutting board & knife
2 medium bowls
Preheat oven to 450°F with a rack in the lower third;
Scrub potatoes, then halve lengthwise & cut into ½-inch thick wedges;
Cut buns in half if needed;
Half & core apple, then coarsely grate one quarter into a medium bowl;
Cut remaining apple into matchsticks;
Thinly slice green onion on an angle.
On a rimmed baking sheet, toss potatoes with miso butter & a pinch each of salt & pepper. Spread in an even layer & roast on lower rack, without stirring, until golden & cooked through, about 20-25 minutes.
Combine matchstick apples, grated carrots & half of the scallions in a small bowl. Toss with slaw dressing. Season to taste with salt & pepper.
To bowl with grated apple, add turkey, ½ of bulgogi sauce, Zesty burger blend, pinch of salt & pepper. Mix well to combine; form into even sized patties. Brush skillet with olive oil. Transfer buns cut side down & lightly toasted, 1–2 minutes. Transfer to plates.
Add burgers to skillet, cook until browned, flipping once, about 3 minutes per side. Brush both sides of burgers with remaining bulgogi sauce, continue to cook for another minute, flipping every 15 seconds, until sauce is sticky & caramelized & turkey is fully cooked.
Once potatoes are golden brown, sprinkle with sesame seeds & remaining green onion. Spread mayo on toasted buns, top with burgers & some of the apple slaw. Serve burgers with fries & remaining apple slaw with mayo on the side. Enjoy!
